If You Buy It They Will Analyze


We can argue about software all day but, ultimately, it's all about the experience and insight of the people analyzing the output of that software.

Most companies aren't going to want to hear about the 10/90 rule because they're going to recognize they've made the same poor decisions when buying BI software that they made 10 years ago when they were selecting an ERP system.  It's not about the tool.  It's about the users.
